Vincent is a seasoned innovation investment advisor with more than 25 years of experience. He has guided various organizations, across a range of industries and in over 30 countries, to drive sustainable venture-driven growth engines.

As an executive leader in investment banking and cross-border M&A advisory at firms such as Shinsei Bank, ING Bank, and Deloitte, Vincent spent over 20 years in Asia, eventually launching the CVC advisory services at Deloitte Japan. Along with countless corporate clients for whom he directly advised on making innovation investments, Vincent also helped to build up the venture investing practice of Mach49.

With foundational technical training as a geologist, Vincent started his career managing the Scandinavian Region for BHP’s Minerals Exploration team.  He brings this rare blend of financial and technical expertise in service of Snowball’s clients.

Vincent holds a Masters in Geological Engineering from University of Liège, (Belgium) and an MBA from Bayes Business School (UK).
