Lauren's leadership is anchored in data and user centric research that consistently translates into bottom line performance. At LTK, she improved AI and ML search relevancy from 52% to 87% for over one million users. As the sole author of Amazon's global content ratings standard, she led international expansion readiness across more than 200 countries and invented software that automated content review workflows, saving three months per country launch and more than $2M in operational expenses. She has also managed teams of 40 or more across the US, India, and China, and led complex integrations across 15 or more product teams simultaneously.
