General Dave Allvin is a strategic leader with nearly four decades of experience operating at the intersection of national security, advanced technology, and organizational transformation. As the 23rd Chief of Staff of the U.S. Air Force, he led a global enterprise of nearly 700,000 personnel, driving modernization and readiness in an era defined by rapid technological change and great power competition.

A member of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, he advised senior U.S. leadership on global strategy, emerging threats, and the integration of AI-enabled systems into operational decision-making. He is recognized for leading large, complex organizations through periods of dynamic and unpredictable change—aligning strategy, talent, and technology to increase speed, agility, and resilience.
